All
software products offered by Tech Solutions Inc. are provided AS
IS to the customer. This means that NO RETURNS
of any kind will be accepted for any software products by Tech Solutions
Inc. Also all products sold are sold according to an individual
'End User License Agreement (EULA) that dictates the conditions
of use of the software. The purchase of a software product from
Tech Solutions Inc. is a purchase ONLY of a license to use this
software under the conditions of the EULA of that product. Ownership
of the proprietary rights of any software purchased from Tech Solutions
Inc., whether as a product or by way of additional 'work for hire'
services, NEVER is transferred to the customer and always remains
the sole property of Tech Solutions Inc. Please consider this carefully
as it is a condition of sale and the ordering of software products
from Tech Solutions Inc. confirms that the customer agrees to these
conditions, or any other conditions as stated in the EULA for the
product that they are purchasing. The EULA can be found on the installer
for the software, and also is printed on all Tech Solutions' product
End User Manuals.
Although
every attempt will be made to maximize the compatibility of our
software with your systems, all products are warranted to work ONLY
under the system requirements of the software as stated in the End
User Manual for the product being purchased, or on any specific
web site for the product. Note that upgrading to later versions
of software may change the system requirements for the products
being upgraded which may have a negative affect on its operational
stability unless the customer elects to upgrade the hardware that
the software is being run on to be incompliance with the system
requirements. Use of the software on systems not conforming with
the system requirements voids all warranties offered on the product.
Technical
support on any software will be provided by email as the main communication
method. Tech Solutions Inc. may offer other specific support agreements
or services for certain products but all products sold do not, by
default, include any pre-packaged technical support offering. Technical
support provided on a product is done as a courtesy to the customer
and where possible is done over electronic communications (such
as email, discussion forums, etc.). Please contact Tech Solutions
Inc. to find out specific support offerings on products before purchasing. |
